Yes. The NextaBill licence is free, with unlimited invoices, items and parties and no per-user licence fee. You pay only for hosting (your server and domain) and maintenance (updates, backups and support), at a price we quote for your setup.

The software licence does not expire. Hosting and maintenance are ongoing services, so they are billed for as long as you use them. If you host it yourself, you only pay for maintenance if you want our support and updates.

Hosting covers the server, your domain or sub-domain, SSL and daily backups. Maintenance covers one-click updates, security fixes, help on WhatsApp in English, Hindi or Bengali, and fixes if something breaks. Fill in the pricing form for your exact quote.
