Ready-made apps charge per student every year, which can look cheaper at first. Over a few years, owning the system often costs less for a mid-sized school, but very small schools are usually better off with a ready-made app.

Choose ready-made if your fees, exams and communication are simple and you are happy with its formats. Choose custom when you have several fee heads and concessions, a report card the app cannot print, multiple branches, or you want to own your data. We will tell you honestly on the call which side you fall on.

Yes, that is usually the first thing we build. You set instalment schedules per class, concessions for siblings or staff wards, scholarships, and late fine rules by date. Parents pay by UPI, card or net banking through your payment gateway, the payment matches the right instalment automatically, and the receipt reaches them on WhatsApp.

It prints in your format. We take your current report card, whether it follows CBSE, ICSE or WBBSE patterns, and rebuild it with the same subjects, grading, co-scholastic areas and remarks. Bengali printing is supported. We test it with last term's real marks before you rely on it.

It reduces the work. We keep student and teacher details in the fields UDISE+ asks for and flag missing or mismatched entries, so the office can export and check instead of collecting everything again. The submission on the portal stays with your school, as it should.

Yes. Circulars, fee reminders, absence alerts and exam schedules can go out in Bengali, Hindi or English, and parents can pick their language. Messages go through a parent app or the official WhatsApp Business Platform, only to parents who have agreed to receive them.

The discovery sprint takes one to two weeks. Fees and student records usually go live within six to eight weeks after that, with attendance, parent messages and report cards following in phases. We plan the dates around your session and exams, and put them in writing.

Data stays on Indian servers that we manage through our own hosting company, with daily backups and access limited by role. Teachers see their classes, accounts sees fees, and only management sees everything. Admission forms include parental consent for using the child's data, and every change to marks or fees is logged.

Usually yes. We take exports from your old system or Excel, clean them, and import students, fee history and dues, then check totals with your accountant before the old system is switched off. If the old vendor will not provide an export, we discuss other options during discovery.
