It depends on what happens after the scan. A QR menu with ordering, or event check-in, is a smaller project with a fixed quote within 24 hours of a free call. Serialised product authentication, multi-site asset tracking or a full attendance system is custom software starting at ₹1,50,000 plus GST. Printing, labels and payment gateway fees are extra.

No, in most cases. The phone camera reads the code and opens a fast web page, which is enough for menus, product checks, warranty registration and feedback. A native app makes sense for staff who scan all day, for gates that must work offline, or for features like push notifications.

A static code holds the final link or text inside the pattern, so it can never change. A dynamic code holds a short link that redirects, so you can change the destination and count scans without reprinting. We host dynamic codes on your own domain, so they do not stop working if a subscription ends.

A plain QR cannot, because it can be copied. Unique serial codes per unit, ideally hidden under a scratch layer, combined with server checks on how often and where each code is scanned, make copies visible quickly. Customers see a warning on a repeat scan, and you see where copies are turning up. We are clear that this detects copies; it does not make copying impossible.

We never use one fixed code on a wall. The code changes every few seconds on a screen, must be scanned from a logged-in app, and only counts inside a geofence around your site. Optionally the app takes a selfie. A forwarded photo of the code expires before anyone can use it.

It can. Staff scanning apps for event gates and warehouses can store valid tickets or asset lists on the phone, check scans offline, and sync when the network returns, with duplicate checks after sync. Customer-facing flows like menus need a connection, so we keep those pages very light.

You do. The short-link domain, the server, the code database and the scan history are in your name, and the source code is handed over at go-live. You can move hosting to another provider at any time without reprinting a single label, and you can export every scan record to Excel or your own reporting tools whenever you like.
