1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Nexta Web Solution Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, SEO & digital marketing, and related IT services as agreed upon in individual project contracts.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, necessary content and assets, and any required access credentials for third-party services.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined per project. Late payments may result in project delays. All prices are in INR unless otherwise specified.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nexta Web Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hooghly, West Bengal.
