Server monitoring that tells you before your customers do

We watch your servers, websites and the things that quietly fail, like full disks, expiring SSL and stuck queues, and we act on the alert, not just forward it. You get a handful of alerts that mean something and a monthly report you can read.

  • Monthly plan priced per server and per monitored site, depending on the checks and response hours you choose.
  • A real person on WhatsApp within 15 minutes, Mon–Sat 10 am–7 pm IST, in Bengali, Hindi or English.
  • You own the work. Code, files, accounts and data stay in your name, with an NDA on request.

Server monitoring at Nexta, in short

Server monitoring services keep a constant watch on your servers and websites and raise an alert when something goes wrong or is about to. Nexta sets up uptime, resource, log and SSL checks with tools such as Uptime Kuma, Zabbix or Prometheus and Grafana, tunes alerts to avoid noise, responds by an agreed runbook and sends a monthly report. It is priced per server per month, and setup takes about a week.

How most people discover they need monitoring

“"The site was down all night and a customer told us"”

The first alert was a WhatsApp from a buyer at 10 in the morning. Nobody knows when it went down or why, and the orders from those hours are gone.

“"We get 200 alert emails a day, so we ignore them"”

Someone switched on every default alert years ago. Now the inbox filter sends them all to a folder, including the one that mattered.

“"The disk filled up and MySQL stopped"”

Log files grew for months until the server ran out of space on a Saturday. A simple trend line would have shown it weeks earlier.

“"The host says the server is up, but checkout is broken"”

Ping works and the homepage loads, yet the payment page throws an error. Basic uptime checks do not see what your customer sees.

“"Our SSL certificate expired on a Sunday"”

Browsers showed a scary warning to every visitor until someone noticed on Monday. Auto-renewal had quietly failed weeks before.

What our server monitoring services watch

Checks that act like a customer

Beyond simple uptime pings, we set scripted checks that load the page, log in or reach the payment step, and confirm the right text appears. If checkout breaks while the homepage stays up, you still hear about it.

Server health and trends

Lightweight agents collect CPU, memory, disk, network, database and web server metrics. We use Zabbix, Prometheus with Grafana, or Netdata depending on the size of your setup, and alert on trends such as a disk that will be full in 7 days, not only when it is already full.

The quiet failures

SSL and domain expiry, backup jobs that did not run, cron jobs that stopped, mail queues that pile up and replication that falls behind. These rarely trip an uptime check, yet they cause many real outages.

Log monitoring

Web, application and system logs are shipped to one place using tools such as Loki or Graylog, with alerts for error spikes, repeated failed logins and unusual traffic. Where CERT-In directions apply, logs can be kept for the rolling 180 days they expect.

Alerts on WhatsApp, Telegram or email

Each alert has an owner, a severity and a short runbook. Minor warnings wait for office hours; serious ones reach the right person on the channel they actually check. We tune thresholds over the first month until the noise stops.

Someone responds

When an alert fires, our team follows the runbook: restart a stuck service, clear space, fail over, or call you. Response hours and what we may change without asking are agreed in writing before we start.

Status page and monthly report

An optional public or private status page shows your team and customers what is up. Each month you get a short report: incidents, causes, response times and the two or three things worth fixing next.

Getting monitoring running

  1. 1Day 1

    Free call and inventory

We list servers, sites and the business processes that matter most, such as orders, bookings or billing, and quote within 24 hours.

  2. 2Day 2-4

    Install and connect

Agents and external checks are set up, dashboards built and alert channels connected to your team and ours.

  3. 3Day 4-5

    Write runbooks

For each alert we agree what it means, who acts, and what action we may take on our own.

  4. 4Weeks 2-5

    Tune for a month

We adjust thresholds and remove alerts that do not lead to action, so what remains is worth waking up for.

  5. 5Monthly

    Ongoing watch and review

Alerts are handled as agreed, and a monthly review covers incidents, trends and recommended fixes.

What you get

  • Monitoring stack installed on your infrastructure or ours, with admin access for you
  • Uptime and scripted customer-journey checks for your key pages
  • Server, database and web server dashboards in Grafana or Zabbix
  • SSL, domain, backup and cron job checks
  • Central log collection with alert rules
  • Alert routing to WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone, with an escalation list
  • Written runbook for every alert
  • Monthly report with incidents, causes and recommendations

Pricing

Fixed quote within 24 hours

Monthly plan priced per server and per monitored site, depending on the checks and response hours you choose. Setup is a one-time charge, and both come as a fixed written quote within 24 hours of a free call. A cloud & server health check (₹9,999 + GST) is a sensible first step if you are unsure what to monitor. Paid tool licences or SMS charges, if any, are billed at cost.

Every price shows GST and the total. Nothing is added after you enquire.

What makes our monitoring useful

Fewer alerts, on purpose

An alert nobody acts on is noise. We remove or downgrade alerts during the first month until each one that remains has a clear action, which is the only way people keep paying attention.

We watch our own servers the same way

Nexta runs its own hosting brand, TPHOST, so we live with monitoring and on-call ourselves. The checks we set up for you are ones we rely on.

Open tools you can keep

We use open-source tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana and Uptime Kuma where they fit, so there is no lock-in. If you stop working with us, the dashboards and history stay with you.

Honest response hours

We put in writing which hours we respond in and how fast, rather than writing "24x7" on a banner. If you need round-the-clock human cover, we say what that takes and what it costs.

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

  • E-commerce stores, booking sites and SaaS apps where an hour of downtime means lost money
  • Businesses with their own VPS, dedicated or cloud servers and no one watching them
  • Agencies hosting client sites who want to know about problems first
  • Teams that already have a monitoring tool but drown in alerts

Probably not the right fit if

  • A small brochure site on shared hosting: a free uptime checker or our website AMC is enough
  • You need a staffed security operations centre for threat hunting
  • You want monitoring but will not give access to fix anything, and nobody in-house will act on alerts

Server monitoring: frequently asked questions

Something else? Call +91 7500-4300-91 or WhatsApp us.

They include continuous checks on your servers and websites, alerts when something fails or trends towards failure, and a person who responds. With Nexta that covers uptime and customer-journey checks, CPU, memory, disk and database metrics, logs, SSL and backup checks, alert runbooks and a monthly report.

Our plans are priced per server and per site per month, plus a one-time setup charge. The price depends on how many checks you need and the response hours you choose. You get a fixed written quote within 24 hours of a free call, and any paid tool licences are billed at cost.

Usually not. Hosting companies watch their own hardware and network. They do not normally check whether your checkout works, your disk is filling, your backup ran or your SSL renewed. We monitor the application and the business process on top of the host.

We respond in the hours written into your plan, and we are clear about them before you sign. Office-hours plans cover Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST. Extended cover can be agreed for critical systems; we explain exactly what it includes rather than promising a vague 24x7.

It depends on scale. Uptime Kuma suits simple uptime and SSL checks. Netdata gives detailed real-time metrics with little setup. Prometheus with Grafana suits containers and custom metrics, and Zabbix fits larger fleets. We pick what fits your setup and budget, and they are mostly open source.

A properly configured agent uses a very small share of CPU and memory. We set sensible collection intervals, measure the agent's own usage after install, and remove anything heavy. External checks run from outside your server and add no load at all.

Basic uptime and SSL checks can be live within a day. A full setup with server metrics, logs, dashboards and runbooks usually takes about a week, followed by a month of tuning so alerts are useful rather than noisy.

Yes. Monitoring is remote by nature, and we watch servers on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and other providers for clients in the UK, Gulf, Australia and North America. Response hours are agreed around your time zone, and quotes can be fixed in USD, GBP or AED.
