E-commerce stores, web apps and portals need more checks (orders, payments, stock sync, APIs), so we quote them after a look at the code and hosting. Mobile app maintenance starts at ₹8,000/month + GST. For servers and cloud set-ups, a one-off cloud health check costs ₹9,999 + GST.
What an hour of changes covers: one hour of a developer’s time, used in 15-minute blocks, on things like editing text and prices, swapping photos, adding a team member or product, adding a page from an existing layout, or fixing a broken form. Larger jobs such as a redesign or a new feature are quoted separately before we start. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Yearly prepaid costs about the same as ten monthly payments. Monthly plans: cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Yearly plans: if you cancel, we refund the unused full months pro rata. Sites built by other developers are taken over after a health check. Hosting, domain and paid plugin or theme renewals are billed at actual cost, unless you host with us. GST is charged at 18% as applicable.

Every plan includes the routine work that keeps a site safe and online. The higher plans add more change hours, checks and faster response.
Updates and security patches
WordPress core, plugins and themes updated after a backup, then the site is checked on a phone and a computer. If an update breaks something, we roll it back.
Daily backups
Files and database backed up every day and kept for 30 days, stored away from your hosting server, so one failure cannot take out both.
Uptime monitoring
Your site is checked automatically every few minutes. If it goes down, we get an alert and start work inside the response time of your plan.
Speed checks
On Business and Priority, a monthly mobile speed test with the main causes of slowness fixed or listed, such as large images or a heavy plugin.
Content changes
Text, prices, photos, offers, new staff or products: 1 hour a month on Essential, 3 on Business and 8 on Priority. Send changes on WhatsApp or email.
SSL and domain renewal reminders
We track the expiry dates of your domain and SSL certificate and remind you well before they lapse, or renew them for you at actual cost.
Malware clean-up
If a site on our plan is hacked, we clean it, restore from a clean backup, close the hole that let the attacker in and change the passwords.
Google Search Console monitoring
We watch Search Console for security warnings, pages Google cannot index and mobile problems, and fix them or tell you what they mean.

What happens to unmaintained websites
These are the problems we see most often when a site has gone months without anyone looking after it.
Hacked WordPress sites
Old plugins and themes have publicly known security holes. Attackers scan for them automatically and add spam pages, redirects or malware.
Expired domain or SSL certificate
An expired domain takes down your site and email. An expired SSL certificate makes browsers show a "Not secure" warning that turns visitors away.
Broken forms losing leads
A plugin update or an email change can stop your contact form from sending. Customers think they have enquired; you never receive it. We test forms monthly.
A slow site
Large photos, piled-up plugins and outdated software make pages slower over time, especially on mobile data, and people leave before the page loads.
Google warnings
Google can flag a hacked site as dangerous in search results and the browser, and can drop pages it cannot index. Nobody sees the warning unless someone checks Search Console.
Lost backups
Many owners discover their only backup sat on the same server that failed, or that the hosting backup was a few days old and missing recent changes.
