Cloud operations management at Nexta, in short
Managed cloud services, also called cloud operations management, means a specialist team runs your cloud infrastructure after it is built: monitoring, alerts, backups, security patches, cost control, scaling and deployment pipelines on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or an Indian VPS. Nexta does this for startups, SaaS products and online businesses in India and abroad. It starts with a ₹9,999 cloud and server health check, then a fixed monthly plan. Onboarding usually takes two to three weeks.

Cloud problems that keep founders awake
“"Our AWS bill keeps growing and nobody knows why"”
The invoice went up every month this year, but traffic did not. There are servers nobody remembers launching and snapshots from a project that ended last Diwali.
“"The developer who set it up has left"”
He built everything by clicking around the console. There is no diagram, no Terraform, and the root account is tied to his phone number for OTP.
“"We find out the site is down from customers"”
There are no alerts, or there are so many useless ones that everyone has muted the channel. A full disk took the app down on a Sunday and nobody noticed until Monday.
“"Deploying is a scary manual job"”
Releases mean SSH-ing into the server and running commands from memory. If something breaks, rolling back means hoping someone remembers what was there before.
“"We assumed AWS was backing everything up"”
It does not, not by default. Your database, files and server configuration are your responsibility, and the backup you think exists may never have been tested.
What our managed cloud services include
Cost control and right-sizing
We tag resources by project, set AWS Budgets or GCP budget alerts, remove idle volumes and old snapshots, right-size oversized instances, and move steady workloads to Savings Plans or committed use discounts. Each month you see what changed and why.
Monitoring and alerting that people read
CloudWatch, Prometheus and Grafana dashboards for the numbers that matter: uptime, errors, response time, disk, database load. Alerts go to WhatsApp, Slack or email, tuned so a ping means something needs action.
On-call response
When an alert fires, an engineer looks at it, fixes what can be fixed within the agreed runbook, and tells you what happened in plain words. Serious incidents get a written note on cause and prevention.
Backups and disaster recovery
Automated database and file backups with retention you choose, copies in a second region or account, and scheduled test restores. You know how long recovery takes because we have timed it.
Infrastructure as code
Your setup is captured in Terraform (or Pulumi), reviewed in Git and documented. Recreating an environment or adding a staging copy becomes a repeatable task instead of a weekend of guesswork.
CI/CD and safe deployments
GitHub Actions or GitLab CI pipelines that test, build and deploy, with Docker images and one-click rollback. Releases happen during working hours without anyone logging into servers by hand.
Security basics done properly
Root account locked away, MFA everywhere, least-privilege IAM roles, patched operating systems, closed ports, encrypted storage and secrets kept out of code. Access is reviewed when people join or leave.
Scaling for traffic spikes
Auto-scaling groups, load balancers, caching and a CDN set up ahead of known peaks such as sale days, admission season or a product launch, then scaled back down so you stop paying for idle capacity.
How we take over your cloud operations
- 1Week 1
Cloud and server health check
A fixed-price review of costs, security, backups, monitoring and architecture, with a written report ranked by risk and savings.
- 2Week 1-2
Access and ownership clean-up
Root and billing access are moved to company-owned accounts with MFA, and personal or former-staff access is removed.
- 3Week 2
Quick wins and safety nets
Backups, budget alerts and basic monitoring are switched on first, and obvious waste is cleaned up.
- 4Week 2-4
Codify and automate
Infrastructure is written into Terraform, deployments move to a CI/CD pipeline, and runbooks are drafted for common incidents.
- 5Ongoing
Monthly operations
Ongoing monitoring, patching, on-call, restore tests and cost reviews, with a monthly report and a short review call.
What you get
- Health check report with risks and savings opportunities ranked
- Architecture diagram of your cloud setup
- Terraform code for your infrastructure in your Git repository
- Monitoring dashboards and an alert routing plan
- Backup policy with documented, timed test restores
- CI/CD pipeline with rollback
- Incident runbooks and written post-incident notes
- Monthly cost and operations report
- Access register showing who can do what in each account
Pricing
From ₹9,999 + GST
₹11,799 including GST
Start with a one-time cloud and server health check at ₹9,999 + GST. Ongoing managed cloud services are a fixed monthly plan priced by the size of your setup and the level of on-call cover, quoted in writing within 24 hours of the health check or a free call. Your cloud provider's bill is paid by you directly, at cost.
Every price shows GST and the total. Nothing is added after you enquire.
Why teams hand us their cloud
Your accounts, your bill
The cloud account stays in your company's name and you pay AWS, Google or Microsoft directly. We work through roles you can revoke at any time, and nothing we build depends on our own private tooling.
Honest about whether you need the big cloud
Some workloads run perfectly well on a well-managed Indian VPS at a lower monthly cost. Because we run our own VPS brand, TPHOST, we can compare both options fairly and say when Kubernetes is more complexity than you need.
Cost is a monthly line item, not an afterthought
Many providers only look at the bill when you complain. We review it every month alongside uptime, so waste is caught while it is still small.
Explained in plain words
Reports and incident notes are written so a founder or business owner can follow them, with the technical detail attached for your developers.
Is this right for you?
A good fit if
- Startups and SaaS teams running on AWS, GCP or Azure without a dedicated DevOps engineer
- Online stores and apps that need to survive sale days and seasonal peaks
- Businesses whose cloud was set up by someone who has since left
- Teams in the UK, Gulf, Australia or North America wanting cost-effective cover from India
Probably not the right fit if
- A single small website, which is better served by managed hosting or our website AMC
- Enterprises that need a large dedicated SRE team embedded full-time
- Teams that want production changes made without any review or change log
